So I throughly enjoyed the beginning of the weekend... spent the night a Bjornhola, moved furniture, went to Louisberg for yummy cider doughnuts. Birdy had a blast. For once, I finally got a good nights sleep last night! Score one for going to bed at the same time as the Birdy (lol... I must be getting decrepit when I decide that 8:30 is a good bedtime for me!) She actually let me sleep in a bit too... score TWO for the day!

So, I was cleaning Birdy's ears when she decided to throw a fit. Ok, fits I can handle. We sat down, I held her, the fit went on for a while. I've been attempting to keep up with the reading on LJ even though life at the farm has been busy. We're getting ready to plant tomatoes, we managed to sell two lambs and give away a third (named Stu/Stew - he was really not that bright, especially for a sheep!) Have I ever mentioned that I HATE applying for jobs? I always just feel soo exposed. Honestly, it's like walking around naked and asking people on the street to marry you. Saturday was Birdy's birthday... pictures of the party forthcoming!
